You can change or cancel your booking before the ride start time, currently Driverzz is not charging any cancellation or re-booking fees

Refund Policy

In case, the service is eligible for a refund (service has not been provided and payment received), then the same shall be done in 30 days. You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for the service at the time of placing your request for services

Payment

• All charges are due immediately and payment will be facilitated by Driverzz using the available channels which are

  Cash Payment - Cash payment towards the fare after the completion of ride can be made to the Driver Online Payment - Driverzz offers you the facility of making an online payment through an E-Wallet powered by a third party (Paytm). When you select this mode, we shall collect the fare on behalf of the driver. E-Wallet money will not be applicable on bookings made through the phone or while the user is not logged into his/her Account on the Site. The processing of payments or credits, as applicable, in connection with your use of the E-Wallet will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processor. DriverZZ will not be responsible for any errors by the Payment Processor in any manner. In the event the payment cannot be accepted through E-Wallet, you shall be required to pay the fare of the transportation services in cash.

• You acknowledge and agree that the charges will vary based on different conditions, viz times / distance / number of days etc. Driverzz will use reasonable efforts to inform you of the charges but you will be responsible for the charges incurred under your Account, regardless of your awareness of such charges or amounts.

• Driverzz may from time to time provide certain users with promotional offers and discounts that may result in different amounts charged for the same or similar services or goods obtained through the use of the Services, and you agree that such promotional offers and discounts, unless also made available to you, shall have no bearing on your use of the Services or the Charges applied to you.

• You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you on Driverzz Website/ Application will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to us. Further, the said information will not be utilized and shared by us with any of the third parties unless required by law, regulation or court order.

• Driverzz will generate an invoice on behalf of the Driver and will be sent to you through email on your email id provided in your account, if no email id is available we will not be able to provide you with an invoice
